This will be addressed through communication helping employees understand the reasons for change, the expected timeline, and desired outcomes.
During the Change Management process, Koa Hills works with your staff to prepare for the change. This is accomplished by methods including conducting readiness assessments, performing risk analysis, anticipating resistance areas, designing special tactics and developing overall strategy related to change.
Koa Hills uses these activities to create plans for Communications, Sponsorship, Coaching, Training, and Resistance Management, integrate these plans with the overall Project Plan, and execute the plans.
